When you receive the products, you have to check for any damage or order’s mistake. If there is a damage or a mistake we made in your order, you should inform us within 5 days from the day you received the order.
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within a 15-day period from the day you received it.
In case of a damage or our fault, the return cost is free.
If you want to change the product for any other reason, except of damage or our fault, you have to pay the return cost. The new delivery cost is free.
All products must be returned in their initial package with their tags and the receipt. Please make sure that you pack them properly for shipping.
You should also complete the 'Returns Form' and include it in the return package.
For hygienic reasons, earrings and underwear cannot be returned.
